Carrie Laird is the primary chef at Sugarbeet Pastry. Her close friends call her Carrie Jean. Having more than ten years of experience as a baker and a chef, she chooses to share her food in Athens. She chooses Athens for its surrounding sweet little farms and its creative, quirky folks. Athens is her home.
